Undertake telecommunication system design in FEED and detail design independently for onshore and offshore oil/gas facility, including communication requirement analysis, telecommunication system configuration, telecom equipment selection, block diagram of telecommunication system, power supply for telecommunication system, telecom equipment layout, antenna layout, radio room layout, telecomm cable tray layout and cable routing, wiring diagram, cable schedule and etc. 2. Prepare telecommunication design deliverables for procurement, supply installation and commissioing. 3. Provide necessary technical assistance to construction and installation as required. 4. Discuss and coordinate with other discipline engineers. Note: Telecommunication system include radio communication (VHF-FM/VHF-AM/MF-HF SSB/UHF/NDB/Satellite/NAVTEX/Weather system/SART/EPIRB) and internal communication (PA/GA / PABX/LAN/CCTV/Optical Fiber/Security). Position requirements l Bachelor Degree or above in electrical engineering, automation engineering, electronic engineering and computer l Minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience in the onshore and offshore oil and gas facility design. l Experience in electrical power generation and distribution is preferred. l With design company and/or site experience is preferred l Familiar with relative Chinese GB, ship classification society (DNV, ABS, LR, GL, BV, CCS) and international codes and standards (IMO). l Hands on capability of drafting programs such as Auto CAD. 3D modeling such as PDMS is preferred. l English reading and writing capability is required and speaking is preferred l Good team player.
