职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-03-14 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: Provide full support on ECM execution of various types of investment banking transactions in Hong Kong e.g. IPOs, secondary transactions etc. Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. roadshow materials, powepoint presentations etc Write and compile pitch books and business proposals in Chinese Provide support on research, financial analyses, data mining and evaluation activities relating to ECM execution of investment banking transactions. Assist in the arrangement and coordination of relevant events whenever necessary e.g. sales/syndicate/analyst briefings, investor presentations, roadshows, field visits etc. Assist in the coordination and communication with both internal and external parties, e.g. sales department, settlement&accounts department, research department, legal&compliance department, external lawyers, syndicate members. Provide any other groundwork support as deemed necessary. Prepare regular ECM updates. Keep track on market activities and relevant news. Requirements: Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline(s). Preferably 1 year"s ECM execution or corporate finance execution experience in A-share market with a reputable investment bank or related legal / advisory / accounting / financial environment. Willing to station in Hong Kong and conduct frequent travels to the PRC. Good interpersonal and communication skills, effective organization skills and a team player. Detail-oriented, number sensitive, ability in multi-tasking and to meet deadlines under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Excellent command in written Chinese and preferably a native mandarin speaker. Good written and spoken English is a plus. Good PC skills especially PowerPoint skills.
