To meet our fast expansion in Great China, we are looking for Senior Consultant to join our team, with the following requirements: Responsibilities: Develop new business in targeted industries. Lead and coach the research team to complete each search assignment efficiently and effectively. Independently lead the search process from phone screening, interviewing, to report making, client communication, and closing. Proactively developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Requirements: BS degree and above. At least 5 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, applicant tracking system experience is preferred. A team player with strong self-motivation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential to this position.
