Foreign Language Proficiency: Able to speak, write and read English Computer Skills Microsoft Office and knowledge in IT system for purchasing Key Responsibilities Conduct supplier quality assurance system, manufacturing process and shipment audits Establish required quality facility at Bucyrus China for needed QA inspection and testing of Bucyrus proprietary components manufactured and/or purchased in China Observe, monitor and maintain records of established manufacturing processes at chosen suppliers Liaise with other Bucyrus quality departments to maintain standards and implement respective changes in standards and procedures Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues) Competencies Engineering background with good understanding of machinery manufacturing process Knowledge of steels, forgings, castings, hydraulic and electronic products Able to speak, write and read English Good interpersonal and communication ability 联系方式： We are looking for highly motivated and qualified talents to join us in our expantion in China.
