Sc. in automation technology Good spoken and written English and Chinese, CET 4 or above 2)Experience Mandatory Experience with PLC and/or DCS programming. Preferred Experience with ABB AC800 Experience with frequency converters Experience with HMI programming Experience with AutoCad) and MS office products Experience with both English and Chinese technical documentation for control systems. Knowledge of marine classification society standards. Previous work experience from controlling drives by PLC or DCS. 3)Work tasks Software engineering (project adoptions) of electrical propulsion system of ship based on base software. ABB AC800 DCU (Drive Control Unit) application programming Preparing technical documentation for DCU application. Define DCU system components in co-operation with HW design engineers Test application in internal FAT before delivery Participate sea trial Participation in project team led by Project Manager. Contact with shipyard and system suppliers of project and Marine Center of Excellence on a technical level.
