The Region Leader will support the organizations mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment, accountability, initiative, and ownership. The Customer Services Region Leader will reside within the FSD NAPAC Sales and Services Region with dual reporting to the NAPAC Region VP and the FSD Global Customer Services VP. Key Responsibilities: Manage the services sales activities of solution sales associates and managers establishing sales orders and revenue objectives and monitoring activities to ensure meeting and/or exceeding the goals Recruit, hire, train and manage services sales consultants to support sales activities in the region Manage the region"s services marketing function to develop and promote the services strategy Ensure the sales funnel is up to-date supporting monthly and quarterly outlooks. Identify risks in sales outlooks and ensure all HW/SW offers include services. Involved with sales support activities, proposals, demos, presentations, etc. Monitor the services implementation and delivery, ensuring delivery operations support FSD"s objectives Develop the services sales, marketing and sales support strategy for the region including SLRP Implement the Gasper Self Service Diagnostic Gateway product (SSDG) into the service networks and customers offerings. Participate in major bid reviews.
