The candidate will be involved in relation to the risk management assessment and risk management consultancy delivery. - University degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or other related disciplines - 3-5 years experience in a multi-national banking company within the risk management (i.e., market risk, credit risk, operational risk) or internal audit area; - Experience in writing standard operating procedures; - Experience with risk management operation; - A consulting mindset and experience; - The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations; - Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities; - A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations; - Group facilitation and presentation skills; - Candidates must have excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese - Strong communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure - 协助企业风险管理服务团队进行金融领域的专业服务项目，在风险评估以及风险管理咨询方面从事咨询业务 - 会计、计算机科学、财务或其他相关专业大学或以上学历 - 3-5年的国际化金融公司的风险管理经验（如市场风险，信用风险或运作风险等）或者内审经验 - 熟悉相关的标准操作流程的制定与实施 - 熟悉风险管理运作 - 具有良好的咨询经验 - 在管理者或客户方都能够展现出良好的工作能力 - 极好的分析能力以及问题解决能力 - 良好的中英文表达能力 - 良好的沟通技巧以及自我激励，团队精神，并能在压力中迎接挑战 联系方式： .
