Project management support in terms of ensuring that the Project Team are kept abreast of the up-to-date with developments including threats and opportunities in the CTL industry. Support management on business development aspects and identify business growth opportunities. Ensuring that established business development methodologies are followed. Extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve the above. Data analysis for decision making. Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Pre-requisites: University Graduate in Science, Economics, Chemical, Engineering or a related discipline with a minimal of 5 years relevant working experiences in the petrochemical industry is preferred including having worked in a MNC experience would be advantageous. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua. Be able to write concisely and clearly. Possess essential qualities such a strong sense of confidentiality, mature, discretion and tact ； culturally sensitive, trust worthy, as well as tenacity; Able to think laterally, see the big picture and at the same time, can grasp the details. Excellent skills set such as communications, interpersonal, analytical, report writing, networking and negotiation. A self starter and good team-player with demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams at all levels as well as independently. Must be willing to travel.
