职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 通信技术 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-11 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 工作职责： - 管理新上线在线扑克游戏的所有方面 - 在线游戏开发的监测，评价和控制的进展 - 根据市场情况调整制定付费及免费游戏的收费结构 - 确保从多种付费途径来征管每月收入 - 指导游戏的维护、升级和翻译 - 与技术、设计和财务部门的沟通交流 - 有概念地执行互动营销计划 - 与合作伙伴沟通联系以致共同发展 - 确保对客户的服务完全周到 - 对新的在线游戏的推展计划及上线宣传推广进行策划 - 为市场竞争力的分析进行行业调查 - 寻找游戏上线后可能改善提高的地方，并落实执行游戏的改进 - 跟踪和分析在线游戏用户的统计，并作出相关的报告作为每周/每月依据 - 管理赞助及游戏中的广告 要求 - 学士学位 - 至少有2年以上在线游戏公司工作的经验 - 熟悉在线游戏策划，运作及收益结构 - 与运营商及游戏/短信运营商保持较好的沟通交流 - 此职位仅中国公民可以申请 Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of a new online cards game - Monitor, evaluate&control the progress of online game development - Develop the fee structure for both premium and free games, adjust according to market conditions - Ensure monthly revenue collection from multiple payment channels - Direct game maintenance, upgrades, versions - Liaison with technical, design&finance departments - Conceptualize&execute interactive marketing programs - Communicate with partners for co-promotions - Ensure customer service is fully covered - Organize rollout plan&launch promotion for new online games - Conduct industry research for competitive analysis - Find areas to improve after game launch and implement the execution for the game improvement - Track and analyze online game user statistics and generate related reports on weekly/monthly basis - Manage sponsorships&in-game advertising Requirements: - Bachelor"s Degree - At least 2 years experience in online game company - Familiar with online game planning, operations&revenue structure - PRC nationals only may apply 联系方式： 有意者，请将简历投递至： hr@21cms.com Send you resume with a cover letter to hr@21cms.com .
