Be responsible for identifying sourcing opportunities with UK/US team for China, selecting and qualifying suppliers, working with suppliers to develop qualified products in China based on thorough understanding of engineering design and manufacturing process and managing product development schedule to ensure on-time execution and quality. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: At least 10 years working experience Solid background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing process. People with Aviation Industry working experience are preferred. Experience in sourcing or quality control is preferred. Strong project management skills Working experience in shopfloor is preferred Experienced in leading a professional team to get business deliverables Capability in communication with suppliers as well as colleagues in other functions.
