To drive process standardization and optimization activity in manufacture, commercial and supply chain function throughout 6 sigma methods and tools. Create a cross functional team of resources and building consensus and consistency in common practices on how reprocess to enhance quality standards and efficiency. Guide each functions to define key process excellence improvement initiatives. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams on integration project. Identify and manage resources required to lead project implementation successfully. Deliver Six Sigma training. Educate, coach and mentor Green belts and others on Lean and Sigma philosophy and application. Qualification : Bachelor/Master degree education background. Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification (internal candidate). Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrate result driven and people motivation capability. Logical thinking, good analytical skill, self-starter with can do attitude to drive result achieving. Successful track record on achievement, credibility and influence capacity to an organization. Demonstrated commitment for process improvement, customer-focused throughout defining quality and establishing priorities.
