Have to liaise with internal client coverage groups. Involve in market study and analysis, sales activities, e.g. prepare sales presentation, translation of documents. Participate and monitor operational processing of each transaction, including account opening, documentation review, operation and payment processing. Collaborate closely with internal business units including HSBC Securities Services, Operations, Compliance and CTLAHK. Monitor transaction progress so to revert directly to client inquiries by calls and emails. Assist Business Development Manager-CTLA and Transaction Manager in daily business administration, including arrangement of meetings and client visits. Job requirements Have3-5 working experience in corporate banking and/or commercial banking, preferably foreign financial institutions. Have experience and knowledge in internal and external KYC related regulation and account opening for corporate clients Have knowledge in China FX remittance and regulation, mainly for corporate clients Proactive, detail-oriented, possess strong organization skills, team-work oriented and have good communications skills dealing with both internal and external business counterparts.
