Responsible for providing effective Consortium Team leadership in a matrix environment. Responsible for providing leadership to the EPC Consortium Team, for integration of the project teams, for overall commercial management of the EPC Consortium and for overall project /commercial interface with the Customer to ensure overall project execution success. Primary interface between Customer, EPC Partners and GE Water functions throughout the project lifecycle. Drive Customer NPS, centricity and responsiveness across the OTR organization. Drive sense of urgency in resolving issues across all GE Water organization and partners divisions. Ensure contract compliance and lead mitigation programs for areas representing risks to GE and the project including but not limited to delays, changes, receivables, margin enhancement and effective project closeout Drive overall Project execution effectiveness through implementation of GE Water Quality procedures and initiatives. Ensure the project is delivered within the contract requirements, standards of quality, safety and to Customer, Partner and GE expectations. Ensure leadership for project cost control and margin enhancements opportunities. Ensure timely invoicing, receivables resolution and revenue recognition. Lead and participate in Consortium/Customer/GE project reviews in order to update business leaders. Provide overall leadership to aggressively drive execution of the project site activities throughout the PM/Site managers. PD is measured according to the following performance indicators: -Timeliness of the Project Launch, KOM, etc. -Financials (Sales, Margin, Cash, Past Dues&Productivity) variances vs. Company operating plan and Project Goals -Contractual delivery and Project COD indicators. -Project cost an LD exposure -Margin Enhancement QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: BS in engineering, Business or related field of study. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing large, complex Turn Key EPC projects and consortium with high risk Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management of Water, Power Plant and Industrial works, covering engineering, supply, construction and startup. Expertise in Water, Power Generation and Industrial market segment Proven focus on cost competitiveness and process for scope within GE domain and with our partners Eligibility requirements. -Demonstrated leadership of customer-facing teams responsible for project management execution and contract negotiation. -Experience in large-scale projects consortium formation and implementation -Proven ability to negotiate and resolve complex commercial issues as they relate to customers, partners and vendors. -Ability to lead initiatives that are necessary to develop and implement measures necessary for project execution success. -Solid experience with contract management and negotiation -Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision. -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at the executive level -Chinese fluent and English necessary to proper communicate within GE organization.
