To ensure that month end GL reconciliations and reporting are performed timely and accurately Responsible for all kinds of statutory reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the governments Analytical reviews of monthly financial reports for internal management. To investigate and to resolve problems and produce special reports and/or analyses as assigned. To assist with Balance Sheet. Responsible for Balance Sheet&P oversight Revision of any type of report, providing information related to GL Identification of opportunities to streamline workflow, information flow, enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, improve data integrity, reduce costs and promote continued quality service,and assists in implementation as appropriate. To participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal processes, procedures and Financial Systems. Performance of any other related duties as assigned or requested. Main Requirements: Bachelor"s degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance Solid knowledge and experience in General Ledger processes, and Caterpillar"s policies, procedures and best practices.
