职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-03-10 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 硕士 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities : Manage a team of Logic design engineers to accomplish the task of transforming architecture/functional specification of chip to feasibility study and then silicon-worthy HDL format; Must motivate, mentor, and inspire a talented logic design team to be effective and reliable and predictable as a functional group; Must be able to perform effective employee evaluation and take corrective actions with HR; Must institute an effective hiring process with high probability of retention of successful candidates and low probability of hiring of mediocre candidates; Interface with physical design to perform synthesis, STA, DFT and other physical design transformations and optimizations; Interface with board design to implement reference boards; Interface with OS/Driver software team to effectively use ASIC/SOC chip resources in software; Work closely with ASIC/SOC verification team to ensure functional and performance compliance with architectural and functional specification; Must institute effective logic design methodology and documentation practice.
