Help and ensure the implementation of TS16949/ISO9001 in all operating companies and conduct timely quality system audit and provide the finding report and monitor the corrective action being in placed, as a PDCA loop. 2. Implement APQP to build quality into the entire process from concept to launch thru providing training, facilitate to map the process, optimize the organization structure and role/responsibility matrix for quality related 3. Work with operating companies to identify the opportunities for quality continuous improvement, scope and launch the project, set the target and keep monitoring until project closure. 4. Work with operating companies to understand the standards, i.e. GB2828 and Product/Process control plan and apply appropriate quality control tools according to SPC manual to audit and control the product/process variation in the areas of material in-coming, production in-process and product out-going, prepare the statistical quality failure report. 5. Work with operating companies to improve their Measurement System Capability by implementing MSA manual of TS system. 6. Work with operating companies to ensure they understand and properly use the process/techniques/tool/templates to manage their PPAP submission process to ensure the on time delivery with acceptable quality level. 7. Collect and share the best practice and lesson learn on product/process quality control and assurance across ASIMCO operating companies thru training, conference, workshop. 8. Leading and coaching 6-sigma activities across ASIMCO operating companies. 9. Assist operating companies in solving machining processes issues. Qualifications: 1. 5 years experience in the joint-venture automotive manufacturing environment; 2. 3 years Management or Supervisory experience; 3. Strong functional skill and knowledge on implementation of APQP; FMEA; MSA; SPC; PPAP and ISO/TS1694 as well as the audit skill on production process 4. Formal qualifications in Quality Engineering and/or Quality Control. 5. 6-sigma BB qualified. 6. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written&verbal) 7.
