Provide high level IT service to whole school staff; 2. Setup, install and troubleshoot computer&network system; 3. Client computer and peripheral health routine check; 4. Video shooting and auditorium device operation in school activity; 5. Video and Audio editing after activity; 6. Perform other duties as directed by the Director that are not inconsistent with the qualifications and skills required for this position. Qualifications&Experience: 1. B.S. degree in Computer Science; 2. MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA certifications would be an advantage; 3. Ability to communicate in English desirable; 7. A minimum of two years successful experience in technology help desk. 4. Extensive skills and knowledge, and successful experience on the operations and functions of MS Windows OS, MS office system; 5. Knowledge in TCP/IP networking including HTTP, SMTP, DNS and DHCP; 6. Strong skills in troubleshooting various software applications, computer related hardware, networking problems; 7. Knowledge of PBX and Audio&Video device is a preferred; Personal Skills/Qualities: 1. Positive, energetic demeanor; 2. Willingness to work additional hours; 3. Ability to work with teams, teachers, students and parents; 4. Ability to self-educate when formal instruction is not available; 5. Ability to work independently, orderly and precisely; 6.
