This position also needs to be involved in designing test scripts, executing test scripts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Experienced telecommunications System Test Automation Leader with specific working knowledge in the areas but not limited to Analog Voice, electrical interfaces (T1, E1, DS3) and optical interfaces (OC3, OC12, and up) as part of TDM, ATM and SONET/SDH transport within wireless and wire network applications. Develop automation testing strategy and tactic for all products line, lead automation team to meet target set by Product Assurance Manager for automation approach. Design, create, and execute test scripts for optical/ ethernet product. Job entails analyzing and writing TCL scripts from manual test cases, creating interface libraries to test equipment, and designing and creating tools to aid the test organization. Candidates should have strong programming skills, be able to handle sockets (Telnet, FTP), objects, and data structures. Prior software testing experience preferred. Records issues and defects discovered during testing into software application to enable problem solving by engineering. Stays informed about applicable new testing technologies and recommends alternatives to processes. Education and Experience At least 5 years working experience in related field is required. A bachelor"s or master"s degree in electrical or computer engineering is required. Requirement: Previous telecommunications product testing experience is mandatory Technical knowledge or test experience with SONET/SDH is desirable. Telecom protocol knowledge in QoS, E3, DS3, E1, T1, Ethernet, ATM is a plus Telecom protocol knowledge in Frame-relay, TCP/IP, OSPF is also a plus Strong knowledge of the TCL programming language, Shell and perl is required. Understanding of sockets, objects, libraries, and data structures Working experience with Smartbits, Adtech, and Omniber test sets is required Working experience in embedded software development is an advantage. Able to work in a fast paced and team environment Must have better than average English verbal and written skills Strong leadership to team management is required More than 2 years experience in group leader position is an advantage Experience in mentoring non-senior engineer is an advantage. 联系方式： mp2209@manpower.com.cn .
