Position Summary: GDNT is looking for experienced CDMA CORE CO Manager to manage the CDMA CORE support team. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have people, project and technical management responsibilities for the development and support of Nortel products and services. Some of the responsibilities include: o Support the GDNT CDMA MTX design, CDMA GPS, CDMA PV team to make sure user’s product on time delivery. o Project management of assigned activities including status monitoring and reporting, task assignment, risk management, issue resolution and budget adherence. o On-time delivery with high quality and adherence to corporate processes and procedures. o Leadership and management of teams of up to 15 technical staff including hiring, performance management, career development and coaching. o Provide technical leadership through participation in project and technical reviews and provide technical input and guidance to employees. o Ensuring high quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO, TL9000, CMMI) Qualifications / Experience Required: o Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related discipline. o 5 years of experience working in telecommunications or related industries. o Minimum 2 years experience leading/managing technical organizations involved in the validation cycle of development o Strong written and oral communications in English and Mandarin. o Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment across multiple time zones. o Exposure to CDMA or other Telecomm technologies. o Experience with CO operation. 联系方式： .
