Liaise with service network on enquiries regarding partially accepted or rejected claims. Handle ¡°Advance Goodwill Claims¡±, if necessary initiate ESKULAB enquiry. Inspect workshop warranty parts store at the service centers, scrap parts. Investigate cause of parts defects, send parts to DCAG/MBCL central department if necessary, maintain records. Monitor compliance with instructions for claim parts and store room. Prepare statistics / reports. Qualifications&Requirements: Skills/Experience/Attributes: 2 years of automotive repairs; 1 year of warranty processing. Specific knowledge: Fluent in English, Mandarin; Computer operation; Consistency and accuracy in administrative task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work as a team with other departments. Education/Training: Recognized automotive technician apprenticeship; product knowledge; repair procedures; warranty regulations ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Application Procedure: This job is regular.
