职位类别： 质控/安检 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： reporting to: Managing Director Guangzhou (German man) and dotted line to Corporate Director Quality Assurance in German Headquarter work location: Guangzhou Responsibilities: - Managing the Quality department - Coordination of all quality issues with other departments, other subsidiaries and German headquarter Responsibility for, and decision on , all measures that are required for an optimal implementation of the area of responsibility assigned, such as: - Coordinate and communicate with responsible positions which contribute to the quality, especially concerning quality deviation, with control of implementation of long-term remedial actions - Introduction of a quality assurance system in accordance with the standards and support of the introduction of the CAQ (computer aided quality) system to the company in Guangzhou in connection with the headquarter in Germany ; based on ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, FMEA, APQP - Cooperation in all development projects of the Guangzhou company and in new product launches of the headquarter in Germany and subsidiary in USA , close cooperation with the development and sourcing department - Technical and organisational support of all departments with complaints - Responsibility for the definition and observance of the company `s quality requirements as regards in-firm and outside suppliers, close cooperation with the purchasing department - Evaluation of the audit results and monitoring of the measures. - Process analyses (actual condition) - Process safety, continuous improvement (kaizen, KVP), starting of measures towards a continuous improvement of the processes. - Management of employees (both technically and disciplinarily) - Continuous coordination and agreement obligation with: Corporate Director Quality Assurance in German Headquarter , Managing Director and others Directors in the Guangzhou company.
