职位类别： 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位月薪： 8001-10000元/月 职位描述/要求： 公司简介： 世界500强美国公司****主要致力于为建筑装饰、食品、医药、电子、家用电器、汽车等工业领域提供优质的铝箔，产品覆盖了6.3m到800m的厚度范围。 Position: Mechanical Design Engineer Immediate Supervisor: Engineering&Maintenance Manager-- local person Purpose of the position: Be responsible for designing the components and equipments, improving the process, evaluating the equipment manufacturability, supporting sourcing to qualify new suppliers, optimizing the brand of the mechanical spare parts to achieve optimum quality and cost. Be responsible for communicating with production and maintenance people to know equipment operation status, minimize abrupt equipment breakdown and increase equipment completion ratio, meet production requirement. Be responsible for communicating with the area mechanical engineer to know equipment operation status, reinforce technical communication and EHS compliance. Principle Accountabilities: - Execute with guidance the development, analysis, design, and integration of assigned components, equipments and/or sub-systems utilizing 3D modeling software - CAD. - Develop technical capabilities to meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product/program requirements. - Carry out the feasibility investigation and research for the assigned equipment or project, submit the feasibility analysis report; - File all the related documents including drawings and data for the acceptance of equipment or project. - Hand over engineering project result after project implementation; - Provide information to purchase department of equipment, material and component needed. - Coordinate technical and EHS preparation during various period of the project such as design phase, construction, modification, built review. - Develop, in cooperation with Procurement Department, reliable suppliers for mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatic parts and installations. - Responsible for plant documentary management including operating/maintenance manuals, drawings, SOPs, specifications and electronic version material such as CDs. - Manage document daily which includes receiving, collecting, organizing, sorting, labelling and distributing. - Establish documentary management system and database in server. - Collect all the drawings and manuals once capital project or modification was done. Contact original suppliers and ask for missing drawings and manuals. - Update necessary flowchart, layout, piping and electrical diagram by AutoCAD. - Update relevant drawings when a modification is performed. - Backup all important and valuable files including drawing scanning. - Keep an updated documentary list. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above and major in Mechanical - At least 3 years of experience in engineering design and analysis; - Familiar with USA mechanical standards&drawings; - Experience in engineering design and manufacturing processes; - Experience utilizing 3D modeling software for creation of design concepts - CAD; - Effective problem analysis and problem solving skills; - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - We don"t expect she/he is a fluent English speaker, but should have English communication ability. - Able to work independently under pressure - Excellent execution capabilities - High level of creativity - Sense of urgency Other Information: - They have shuttle bus in 莘庄、杨浦 and 普陀 联系方式： .
