职位描述(Job Descriptions) .NET Technical Team Leader (TTL)Responsibilities:-Lead a project team of software engineers to deliver solutions to client based on software requirement specifications; -Interface with client and project managers in the US or Europe to understand client requirements and feedback;-Author technical documents in English;-Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including writing of proposals and delivery of presentations in English.Qualifications:-8+ years experience in commercial software development after receiving the BS degree, or equivalent years with higher degrees; -Ability to architect vertical slices of an enterprise level software based on MS .Net architecture, DCOM/COM+ architecture or a horizontal layer of such software;-Hands-on experience with leading edge .NET technologies, especially Enterprise Service, Cluster Server, WSE, O/R Mapping, Distributed Transaction, and NUnit/NAnt; -Experience in software development processes, including implementing major improvements;-Fluent in English;-Able to travel to client site, often in the US or Europe. .
