职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： OB SCOPE: This position will report to the GM of the company, and is responsible for the management of all quality assurance and quality control activities within the company. This includes developing, implementing and maintaining the quality assurance program and the day to day management of the quality control inspection effort. Maintains a continuous inspection, testing, analysis and problem resolution process to ensure quality standards can be met on a continuous basis. Detailed responsibilities include: - Plan and conduct quality system audits to monitor and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and prepare associated reports and recommendations for review with management; - Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures and controls, company wide; - Develop quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency; - Develop and implement programs, procedures and training to enable the company to maintain certifications as an ISO 9002 manufacturer and ensure continued adherence; - Develop and maintain quality control department goals, including budget; - Plan and coordinate implementation of steps/actions to correct deficiencies identified in quality assurance audits; - Work with and respond to customers in presenting, explaining and demonstrating the company’s quality assurance programs and practices; - Prepare customer project specific quality assurance plans, outlining the quality assurance processes applied to the application or customer involved, ensuring all control points are adhered to; - Serve as the company’s liaison with outside associations, organizations and customers in their conduct of quality assurance inspections certifications and audits. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor of Science degree or the equivalent in Mathematics or Engineering; - At least 7 years of related experience in inspection, quality engineering and the development and application of quality assurance systems and programs, preferably in the field of combustion technology and petro-chemical industry; - Excellent written and spoken English; Interested parties, please email your resume to: hr.southsphere@gmail.com 联系方式： 电子邮箱： hr.southsphere@gmail.com .
