ְλÀà±ð£º ͨÐż¼Êõ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ¹ãÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-03-07 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Department: HW Design Work Location: Guangzhou JOB Description: Define product descriptions and feature list, design and validate product hardware module(s) within an agreed delivery timeline, and according to the hardware design rules in place to meet requested quality objectives. Design verification tests for implementation work. Assure the products¡¯ hardware module(s) maintenances and the corrective actions in case of problems or improvements linked with hardware (analyze defective parts to find the root cause of the problems). Establish and maintain the Bill of Material by taking into account the approved components, engineering changes and supplier determined by sourcing team. Create and update the technical and design documentations following the internal hardware development processes. Cost reduction analysis and project implementation on current products. To be involved in design verification test software development. Support OEM to solve other design related manufacturing issues. Requirement of Skills / Experience: Bachelor or above in Electronics&Communication&Computer Science Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design, verification and tests. Experiences in the areas of RF design/simulation/test and familiarity with Cadence Allegro are added advantages. Working experiences in telecommunication systems design/manufacturing environment and regulatory and industry standards. HW related cost reduction project experience is an asset. Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills Have knowledge of the electronic manufacturing processes. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. English communication capability (reading, writing and oral communication) is a must. ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
