职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 工作描述： 1 、参加公司主技术架构编制和部门产品线主技术架构的制定，参与公司重大项目评审 , 负责理解、评价并接收系统需求，管理非功能性系统需求 2 、负责评估和管理软件开发的技术风险 3 、负责对软件架构的设计，对整个软件结构、关键构件、接口、机制和开发策略的设计 4 、负责推动与协调整个项目中的技术活动，为设计和开发提供顾问支持，确保相关决策能够有效地 5 、负责评估软件架构的实现 6 、支持软件系统集成、测试设计和执行 7 、工作结果有清晰的文档描述并存档，保证被其它方向复用的方便性，保证对其它方向的有效支持 岗位要求： 1 、精通嵌入式操作系统、软件架构设计，熟悉软件模式 2 、从事过嵌入式架构总体设计的相关领域 3 、负责多个最大规模总体设计的软件产品并获得客户满意 4 、英语熟练，能够熟练进行听说读写；英语优秀者优先考虑 5 、具有良好的合作精神和团队意识；具备快速学习能力，有较强的创新意识，突出的独立思考并解决问题的能力 6 、博士、硕士具有 2 年以上或本科具有 5 年以上设计开发经验 Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for corporate technology planning and product line planning. Evaluation of major project; be responsible for the understanding, evaluation and taking over of system requirement; manage the non-functional system requirement 2. Risk assessment of software technology in software development 3. Software architecture design, plan of software architecture, key components, interface, mechanism and development strategy 4. Push and coordinate technology activities in project. Provide consulting for design and development. 5. Software architect feasibility assessment 6. Support the integration, test design and execution of software system 7. Complete and clear documents of work product to guarantee the reusability. Requirement: 1. Expert in the embedded operation system, software architecture and the software modeling 2. Experience in equivalent fields of architecture design of embedded system 3. Experience of end to end process in large scale software products development, customer satisfaction achieved 4. Good communication of English both in written and verbal 5.
