Our newest operation in China is expects to expand rapidly in 2008 with a vision of being recognized as the leader in risk management consulting and specialist security in China. We are seeking an exceptional individual to play a key part in our team as the Business Development Manager (BDM). Description of Duties: The BDM will report to the Operations Director and the Managing Director as required. With the full support of the company infrastructure, expertise and resources, the BDM will help to execute the Company business plan. Based in Beijing but with frequent travel within China, s/he will perform the following duties: Deliver new and repeat business for the Company Develop a Monthly Business Development Strategy Identify and develop new client relationships Maintain and manage existing client relationships Identify and relationship build with potential business partners Introduce new clients and business partners to the Company Compose and deliver marketing materials and presentations to clients Contribute to project planning and commercial proposal writing Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of employing initiative and innovation within a business development setting. S/he will be a self motivated and hard working individual. The successful candidate must have: At minimum of 10 years experience related to security / risk management An excellent knowledge of the security / risk management industry in China A proven track record in business development and sales Existing relationships within the sector Fluent English language, both spoken and written Ability to meet specific targets and strict dead-lines Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) Experience within both the public and private sectors (desirable but not essential) Experience working with a foreign company in China (desirable but not essential) University education background 联系方式： oyana.ye@cn.g4s.com , or hr_bj@g4sglobalrisks.cn .
