职位类别： 通信技术 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 硕士 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Position Description: As an experienced SW Design Engineer, the main responsibilities include: Participate in customer requirement analysis and identify the SW components that needs to be developed, make Analysis&System Design for new features Perform works including design, implementation, module testing and bug fixing for SW components Responsible for the documentation of related design, implementation and error correction documents Provides technical support to e.g. partners To study/follow-up/evaluate new applications, UI designs and other related technologies and to provide information for product planning To follow ISA SW engineering process and to solve engineering problems Error-tracking, quality control and risk management As an experienced SW Design Engineer, the scope is: Individual Contributor - Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, Demonstrates initiative&contributes to problem solving. Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work. Managerial/Supervisory - May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments. Requirements: M.Sc or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field is required. 5+ years of work experience in embedded software development and real time programming. Strong C/C++ experience, Java as a plus. Experienced on Nokia S40 SW development would be a plus. Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills and work experience with engineering team located in multiple sites. Self motivated and achievement oriented.
