China will be the next focus of their strategic growth plan, they are going to open their 1st retail store in China in 2008 and another 40 stores by 2009. Job Description As a Store Operation Manager, you will support VGM to develop overall store strategy for China business, responsible for the sales growth and ensure profitability of each store, drive operational performance through developing store operation strategies and services standards. It"s your job to develop proper training program, manage the specific layout changes within stores, develop up-selling and cross selling initiatives. Meanwhile, you will provide guidance to Merchandising team in assortment, pricing, allocation and promotions. As a people manager, you will manage the hiring, guidance, evaluation and career development of your subordinates.
