职位类别： 工程机械 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-02-26 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibility Description 1 Quality Issues Take over complex and unsolved quality issues from product and process audit results, inspection or production Derivate issue solutions and responsibilities prioritize quality issues as well as report these results to the responsible management and into the corresponding quality meetings. 2 Root Cause Analysis Conduct root cause analysis and measure effectiveness in areas of: general operations (especially E/E-functions, climate control, others), leak tightness and corrosion, noise evaluation general fittings of body and interior. 3 Countermeasure Recommendation Recommend countermeasures to production and respectively engineering-/design-changes to MCG/D 4 Analysis Workshop Operate and optimize the analysis workshop and the corresponding technical equipment (IS-Test, Star-Diagnosis, ) 5 Process and Product Improvement Exchange frequently information with production, engineering, other analysis teams and development e.g. regarding product changes, new technologies, countermeasures taken in Germany . Job qualification : Education: bachelor Degree or above Major: engineering Experience: 8 years work experience and 4 years work experience in multi-national company , preferred in quality / engineering department (analysis of complex problems), production, root cause analysis including Assembly -knowledge Know how: Good command of English, SAP, general quality management concepts Skill and technical title: good knowledge of MS-Office, good understanding of supplier evaluation Competence: Authority to issue directives to suppliers 联系方式： .
