Develops and plans the Company"s C management policy, rules, regulations, and programs for cost-effectiveness, external competitiveness, internal equity, motivation, and compliance purpose; Build system and processes to capture competitive intelligence timely; monitor and assess the impact pertinent market developments&trends would have on the businesses in attracting, motivating and retaining the required people talents. Design effective rewards communication process, system&packaging to increase accessibility, transparency and employees" understanding of the rewards programs&services. Participate and initiate industry-based salary survey, analyzes survey data to determine the competitive position and recommends changes in salary structure as required. And propose based on the reports. Develops and administers compensation and benefit programs/process/practice based on the HR strategy to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices; Prepares, and oversees the preparation of reports in terms of salary administration, history records, bonus plan, etc. Performs and oversees analysis of job worth, salary surveys, competitive wage rates, design of compensation packages and other related compensation and benefits projects. Develop and maintain HRIS system, fulfill the needs of organization development and improving the effectiveness and Data accuracy.
