职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-02-21 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: 1.Works as Business Analyst (SOX) in a global environment. 2.Quickly understandis and evaluates the existing systems setup and designs solutions which are in compliance with the SOX requirements. 3.Acts as Liaison between IT and Functional side. 4.The job also involves segregation of duties, designing new systems and solutions which increases the visibility and traceability in compliance with SOX regulations. This includes comply with a wide range of financial management and reporting requirements. 5.Creating, maintaining&documentation of reporting process, internal controls, evaluate and correct control deficiencies. Involves process configuration, reconfiguration, simplifications and standardization in line with SOX regulations cost effectively. 6.Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones of different continents primarily Europe, North America and Asia. 7.Must be able to understand general finance business processed related to GL, AP, AR, Cash, Cost Accounting and Fixed Asset modules of ERP system.
