Assist customers in completing DCAFC’s loan application form, collecting supporting documents, conducting home visits (if requested by Credit), handling contract signing, and mortgage registration related issues. Problem solving: Work with DCAFC Credit colleagues to resolve issues arising in the course of doing business with customers. Provide structured feedback to DCAFC management on the state of the market. Other tasks necessary to achieve company business objectives. Qualifications&Requirements: University degree preferrably in a business-related subject. Minimum 1 year work experience in sales or customer service industry. Experience selling cars is a plus. Knowledge of auto financing is a plus, but not mandatory. Outgoing personality and ability to build relationships quickly. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to negotiate. Attractive appearance, clean, polite, and possessing good listening skills. Fluent Mandarin Chinese skills plus knowledge of local dialects common in city FC will be supporting.
