Sales Experience, managing key accounts and / or distribution networks for automotive and electronics markets at OEM&Tier I 2 Demonstrated success in Specification Selling 3 Demonstrating to work with priority around values&integrity 4 In-depth Understanding of the markets and applications Job Responsibilities 1 Business Development: to gain opportunities to allow Avery Dennison Products spec’d-in to every Key OEM’s approved/appointed build of material list/drawing. 2 This could include the ideation process in Asia and with global teams. Identify new business initiatives to provide sustainable growth for STD with new products, new markets&new technologies. Identify new customer needs, technology&other trends in the Industrial market 3 Intensive use of the H2 process, including its 10 key questions and the key steps for new technology development. 4 To provide clear direction and give clear objectives for the short/medium and long-term timeframe to a team of R experts linked to the assigned projects. 5 To create alignment and teamwork within the different disciplines like, Sales/Marketing/Production/Supply Chain/R 6 To build strong relationships with key customers, end-users, major suppliers, and new business ventures.
