职位描述(Job Descriptions) 5bc Responsibilities1.Support the Executive Chef and all Kitchen Managers/Supervisors to be successful in delivering the blue frog and KABB brand promise. 2.Design, Track, and manage kitchen training programs, schedules, and calendars. 3.Following the direction of the Executive Chef, assist with the communication of company standards from CEO, COO and Executive Chef to all kitchen employees, ensuring that employees are aware of company direction, progress and future activities.4.Be available to assist all company managers with various needs across several restaurants in Shanghai, 5.ensure the sanitation and hygiene standards in the kitchen are being follower according to company standards6.Assist Executive Chef with the production of Standard Recipes, New Menu implementation and all menu descriptions 7.Support Executive Chef and company to track and manage kitchen costs, standard recipe costs, and general budgeting practices for the kitchenKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:?excellent written and spoken English skills ?passion for food?passion for managing standards ?proven ability in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and E-mail applications ?proven ability to manage schedules, calendars, training plans, and expense reports ?ability to perform kitchen inspections - attention to detail is a must ?strong translation abilities (Chinese – English and English – Chinese) ?honest f76 .
