Assist project construction project manager for procurement management of New Expansion Project of International School of Tianjin(IST). 2. Provide and review project procurement plan based on overall project execution plan and schedule. 3. Administrate contract for project equipment and material purchased. 4. Provide procurement services including enquiries, bidding documents, contracts, technical specifications, related drawings, alternatives, and etc. 5. Vendors sourcing and suppliers’ verification and management. 6. Quality control and assurance for equipments and materials purchased. 7. Document control for project procurement. 8. Perform all procurement activities, including contract negotiation, coordination with vendors and suppliers, report procurement status, inspection of equipments and materials during manufacturing or arrival on site, deliveries daily. 9. Ensure quality, budget control, and delivery of converting management requirements and objectives into actual purchasing and plans. 10. Management of vendors and suppliers. 11. Ensures all the equipment or material purchase with quality, competition cost, right delivery and in compliance with the design, specification and customer’s instruction. Qualifications: 1. University degree or equivalent diploma. 2. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. 3. Proficient in the use of computers and webbing to facilitate the smooth and quick completion of tasks. 4. Excellent inter-personal skills, good team player, extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. 5.
