Responsible for identifying root causes and resolve overall problem so issue do not reoccur. -Research and resolve potential customer debit issues. -Answer incoming customer calls, faxes, e-mails and EDI orders. Check stock for part numbers and communicate pricing. -Review customer forecast information and interpret, manipulate and respond to customer reports. -Maintain customer database and current customer account information.
