Manage, troubleshoot, and support our internal network&system, which includes but is not limited to Windows XP/2003/WM5, Linux, Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco PIX, VPN, DD-WRT, RAS, TCP/IP, Dell, RAID, SCSI, Fuji Xerox Document Center, VERITAS Backup Exec, Exchange 2003, IIS, Terminal Servers and Norton/Symantec Corporate Edition. Manage daily operation and support of servers and workstations. Manage system backup and recovery process. Create and maintain a disaster recovery plan. Requirements: Minimum 3 years network/server support and/or MCSE 2000/2003 and/or CCNA certification. Expert knowledge of Active Directory design and management. Expert knowledge of TCP/IP design and management. Exposure to network performance management and tuning. Exposure to managing voice networks (including PABX and VOIP) Desirable extensive knowledge of Windows XP/2003/WM5, Exchange 2003, Outlook, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Cisco routers/Firewalls, switches, and VPN is a must. Proven team player. Strong problem solving skills.
