Areas of responsibility include practical testing, quality assurance, and ISO quality/environmental program conformance. Will maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) records and conduct quality control testing. Key duties and responsibility Responsibilities include: 1.Quality control testing of raw materials and finished products. 2.Process control measurements and Statistical Process Control records as dictated by quality management system, including analysis of second quality, customer returns, and hold materials. 3.Fulfilling all requirements associated with compliance to quality certifications. 4.Work to assure ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certification and compliance. 5.Work closely with, and provide relevant feedback to production personnel to assure run-ability, efficiency, and product quality. 6.Maintain appropriate documentation related to processes, performance, etc. 7.Other tasks specified in the Quality System. 8.Other duties as assigned Expectations Include: 1)Perform job responsibilities safely, professionally, accurately, efficiently, honestly, and ethically 2)Report any accidents, injuries, or equipment damage to your manager 3)Maintain an organized and clean work area.
