Analyse user and tester feedback. Iteratively optimize for best possible user experience. 4. Proactively design, analyse, and test site design for security issues. 5. Perform search engine optimization and submit site to search engines. 6. Communicate cooperatively with and comprehend intent from team members in China. 7. Qualifications: 1. Able to communicate in English, and bilingual (in Chinese and English) is a plus. 2. BSCS or equivalent experience. 3. Three years" professional experience in web site development. 4. Fluent in HTML, CSS, and at least two programming languages. 5.
