Lead project team for RCA progress and effectively coordinate related parties, including Design, Product Service, Sourcing Quality and Vendor. Contribute in a global team to improve wind turbine operation with focus on Pitch system and Power converter. Power electronic system (Pitch and Converter) hardware&software troubleshooting and technical analysis for supporting wind turbine site issues. Share engineering experience with global teams and in global processes. Technical support to other GE Asia wind teams as required. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: BS or above in EE with 5+ years of electrical engineering. In depth knowledge of pitch electrical system, power conversion and their control. Strong engineering knowledge&skills in pitch electrical system and power converter hardware and software. Application experience in power electronic and IEC&China Standards. Demonstrated ability to work independently both as excellent team player and project leader. Good interpersonal&communication skills to work in global team. Fluent in English (verbal&written).
