职位描述(Job Descriptions) Responsibilities: 1.Manage and supervise Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams (such as PIE, SMT and MI) to ensure that all Environmental, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Budget, and Administration requirements are met. 2.Continuous Improvement of Quality, Cost, and Delivery targeting single digit out-going dppm and drastic reduction of 7 wastes through the adoption of Lean, advanced quality control/improvement techniques, and instantaneous feedback system, etc. 3.Overall responsible to maximize revenues and profitability for the Operations group assigned 4.Drive to minimize down time and change over time, maximize production efficiency, optimize staff and worker ratio, effectively utilize the labour force and control O/T 5.Take a leading role to work and maintain cooperative relationship with other departments and ensure speedy launch of new products, smooth mass production, and excellent customer satisfaction. 6.Training and development of sub-ordinate staffs to enhance their effectiveness and knowledge. Requirements: 1.University graduate with major in Electronics, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 2.Minimum 12 years solid experience in electronic manufacturing industry; of which 5 years at supervisory / managerial level in managing Production, Manufacturing Engineering and/or SMT. 3.Sound knowledge in electronics manufacturing, manufacturing engineering functions such as SMT, AOI, AXI, MI, PIE, and production/material planning. 4.Work experience in manufacturing employing ICT, FCT, AOI, AXI, and/or accelerated testing. 5.Work experience in conformal coating, potting, ultrasonic bonding and heat-seal processes is advantageous. 6.Hands-on experience in failure analysis to achieve very low ppm and strong background in design for manufacturability. 7.Good exposure and additional qualification in Lean/Toyota Production System and experience with Kanban system is advantageous. 8.Proficient in spoken&written English and Mandarin. 9.Proficient in Cantonese is advantageous but not required. 10.Conversant on ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14000 etc. 11.Familiar with China culture and labor law, and strong in managing local Chinese staff. 12.Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels 13.Self-driven with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and sense of responsibility. 14.Station in Shenzhen Plant is required, and working on Saturday and Sunday on roster basis and as required .
