Manage drivers and vehicles technician; 1) Control and follow up vehicle maintenance schedule to reduce vehicle failure; 2) Lead vehicle regular maintenance, reduce repair cost; 3) Prepare vehicle operation certificate, to ensure vehicle normal operations; 4) Conduct the safety training for vehicle drivers; 5) Handle vehicle usage and repair record; 6) Manage vehicle fittings; 7) Train new drivers and technicians; 8) Assist in department budget preparing and cost controlling. Qualifications: College degree or above major in certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science or related disciplines highly preferable.; 5 years technical experience preferably in transport fleet maintenance, of which 2 years in a supervisory role.
