职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 成都 发布日期： 2008-03-05 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: 1.The Baseband manager leads the baseband engineers and is in charge of baseband design, testing and approval activities in the projects. 2.Management of the Baseband design and development group. 3.Resource assignment to projects. 4.Provide technical support on all baseband related issues to the project teams and maintain common and updated information level to all teams. 5.Recruit, manage, motivate, assess, promote and develop employees in their area of responsibility. 6.Assess, select and implement new technologies related to mobile phone baseband circuit. 7.Development of effective baseband circuit design, vendor selection and product support procedures. 1.带领基带工程师进行基带电路的设计，测试和验证等工作，保证项目的顺利进行。 2.基带小组的管理工作。 3.各项目的人力资源的分配。 4.对项目的天线相关的问题进行技术支持，问题及解决方案在不同项目中共享。 5.进行员工的招聘，管理，激励，评估，提升和发展。 6.对手机基带的新技术进行评估，选择和整合。 7.制定和完善基带设计，供应商选择，产品支持的流程。 本岗位工作地点为：成都市 Requirements: 1.Bachelor or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent. 2.Minimum 5 years telecommunication industry (mobile phone industry is preferred) working experiences. 3.Minimum 3 years Project and Hardware team management experiences. 4.Solid knowledge on MCU/ARM series, DSP, PMU, memory, blue-tooth, FM Radio, MP3 or related technologies. 5.Solid knowledge on LCD, batteries and acoustics of mobile phones. 6.Familiar with popular EDA tools e.g. Mentor Graphics or Cadence etc. 7.Good knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE or CDMA 1x technology, knowledge of WCDMA or TD-SCDMA is a plus. 8.Strong leadership. 9.Good modern communication skills and team cooperation capability. 10.Fluent spoken English and skill written English. 1.本科以上学历，电子，通讯等相关专业。 2.5年以上的通讯行业相关工作经验。最好是手机行业。 3.3年以上的硬件或项目管理经验。 4.对手机的MCU，PMU，Memory，Bluetooth，FM和MP3等有较深刻的理解和实践经验。 5.对手机的LCD, batteries 和acoustics等有较深刻的理解和实践经验。 6.熟悉EDA工具软件的使用。例如：Mentor Graphics ,Gadence等。 7.最好熟悉GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA 的知识。. 8.有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。 9.熟练的英语听,说,读,写能力。 Please send your resume to: lilly.wang@cn.flextronics.com 联系方式： .
