Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis. Develop hardware specifications together with system team. Cooperate closely with software design, test and manufacturing team. Work with other hardware/firmware/test engineers to ensure on-time product delivery per schedules The teams bring a challenging environment with opportunities to work on complex technologies, and to develop skills on LTE and 4G networks. Requirement: Education background: bachelor or above Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related 2+ years high density circuit design and development experience 1+ years NodeB hardware design experience on control / transport / backplane / baseband / radio board. MCU, DSP, EPLD and FGPA development experience, Good skills in FPGA/DSP programming, C language and MCU BSP programming. Basic knowledge on communication theory, signal processing, WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/LTE L1 technology (OFDM, MIMO, Channel coding/decoding, etc.). Hands on experience with schematics, PCB design on embedded systems. Be familiar with RF system design / test, including antenna part. Be familiar with RF test environment design and criteria definition. Troubleshooting skills and experience working with high-density electronic circuit boards. Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes and coordinating projects through Contract Manufacturers (CM).
