Job description: The Successful candidate will be a self driven self motivated results focused individual. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of large scale desktop experience and also have a good understanding of the desktop lifecycle. You will be used to presenting to senior management and have a track record of consulting skills. You will form part of a highly competent technical engineering team focused on Managed Desktop Environments covering the complete lifecycle of the Desktop Asset from provision to disposal. You will have a strong technical background focused on Microsoft technologies specifically Windows familly, Microsoft Office suite and associated technologies such as messaging and collaboration tools. A strong HP tools background will be a significant advantage incuding HP Open View products especially HP Open View Configuration Management Suite (formerly Novadigm"s Radia Product). . You will work as a Technical Analyst/Consultant within the Managed Desktop team Designing, Architecting and supporting technical solutions for End User Service Management within HPIT"s global services group. Speicific tasks will include: Windows Vista implementation and development Windows XP Solution Solution Development (.NET framework) Project Management fundamentals - Delivering on time and to budget Management updates and presentations Escalation management and issue resolution Management and participation in linked initatives with partner business groups to showcase HP products and services. Your profile: Post-secondary education in Information Systems or related field of studies. Microsoft certified systems engineer acreditation. Highly experienced in Managed desktop environments. Understanding of and in depth expertise with several of the following: Iron Mountain"s PC Backup solution (Formerly Connected Corp.) HP Open View Configuration Management Suite (OVCMS) Microsoft SMS or similar management products SAN and attached storage experience HP Open View products MS Office Suite of Products. LAN/WAN Expertise Enterprise architecture experience. Skills: Data storage and capacity management. ITSM skills are an advantage and knowledge/experience of ITIL . Service Management experience and/or knowledge an advantage. Proven track record of project management for large and complex programs. Self driven highly motivated mindset. 联系方式： .
