To execute maintenance process for equipment and facility. Will ensure the smooth running of the plant operations. 执行机器设备及厂房的维修过程, 确保工厂的生产顺利运转。 2. Supervise the electrician, mechanical and boiler man team, make sure the utility/facility running need to comply with SOP, GMP, ISO and OHSAS. 管理电工,机修工,锅炉工共三个团队,确保工厂设备设施的运作符合SOP,GMP,ISO 和OHSAS 等系统. 基本义务和职责 该部分包含了5 到8 个主要的责任角色，它占据工作的50%或者更多。同时还包括一些其它指定的工作。 1． To execute maintenance process for equipment and facility. 执行机器设备及厂房的维修过程。 2． To lead and implement assigned manufacturing process improvement or continue improvement in achieving plant goals and objectives. 领导及实施所指派的生产过程改进或持续性改造以达到工厂的目标。 3． Consider and minimize EHS impacts during project progress. 在项目进程中考虑并尽量减少对环境、健康和安全的影响。 4． Contribute to energy saving with Engineering team. 致力于工程部能源节省。 5． Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per Facility Best Safety Practices (BSPs) in Employee Accountability-see BSPs. 根据工厂最佳安全操作规程制订的EHS 职责去履行全员参与员工应尽的职责-见最佳安全操作规程。 6. Independently direct the small engineering projects (or a number of small projects with complex features). 独立计划、执行和指导小型的工程项目(或一些复杂的交叉职能的小项目)。 7. Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results. 文件建设工作 包括编写制造验证或科学性的测试结果。 资格 1. Good knowledge in electrical and control engineering. 具备良好电气及工程控制等知识。 2.
