Visit construction sites or stay on the site full-time to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving electrical systems equipment that arise during construction. Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments, approving leaves and completing performance evaluations. Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction. Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material. Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval. Write commissioning procedures for electrical installations. Requirement Be familiar with the construction codes and process Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related area is required At least 5 years experience as Electrical Engineer on Project Management&1 year or above experience on Clean-room work.
