DIMENSIONS / QUANTITATIVE DATA: HR GENERIC JOB TITLE: Specialist MOD HR POSITION TITLE: Supervisor MOD DEPARTMENT: HQ The purpose of this position is to strengthen organizational capabilities and effectiveness by optimally utilizing PMI core development tools, including selection of talent, performance management system, career planning, PMI competency module, training&development and other appropriate methodologies to build an agile and winning organization to support the business growth. APPROVAL POSITION HOLDER: APPROVAL SUPERIOR: (Please sign) (Please sign) MOD REPORTS TO: Manager HR GLOBAL FUNCTION: ESTABLISHED BY: JOB DESCRIPTION PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: 1. Plan, control, implement the performance appraising process to maintain the effectiveness of the process and ensure the process in accordance with PMI standards and guidelines; 2. Facilitate the employees’ understanding of performance appraising process by providing the continuous training; 3. Manage poor performance and issues related. ADVANCEMENT PLANNING: 1. Facilitate the Advancement Planning discussion/evaluation process to ensure the quality result; 2. Implement a practical tracking system to strengthen organizational stability without succession issues. Please identify major end results or accountabilities for the position. Analyze the job profile and identify the manpower requirement; 2. Optimize the utilization of existing sourcing medias and continuously develop other resourcing medias; 3. Direct and facilitate the recruitment and selection process by providing the valuable recommendation for the line manager to ensure the best decision on the manpower selection is made. 4. Plan, control and monitor the budget. TRAINING&DEVELOPMENT: 1. Propose and implement training&development plan in accordance with business requirements and development needs analysis result defined through performance appraising/AP process; 2. Review and select the local/international suppliers and coordinate/ facilitate to ensure the high quality of training and development programs/activities; 3. Facilitate effective orientation program with the supporting from respective function for newly hired employees; 4. Develop and maintain the training&development guidelines to increase employees’ overall awareness of the PMI development principles; 5. Maintainthe precise record of both organization and individual training&development activities; 6. Plan, contrl and monitor the budget. COMPLIANCE, SECURITY&EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: 1. Coordinate in HR Compliance/Security activities and ensure the practice of PM China meet PM requirements and in line with PM guidelines; 2. Facilitate the employees’ understanding of Compliance/ Security policies/ practice by providing the continuous training. 3. Coordinate/develop the award and recognition programs and facilitate the operation of employee recreation commitee. 4. Participate/lead employee communication programs or other ad hoc projects as required. JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNTABILITY 7 ACCOUNTABILITY 8 4. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Education: Work experience: Skills (technical know-how, language, PC): Skill Level 7 Project Management Experienced Internal Consulting Accomplished Language Level Chinese-Mandarin First Language English Fluent PC Skills PC Skills PowerPoint Excel Word Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business management or related areas A pro-active independent worker with strong communication, interpersonal skills and high integrity A good team player and willing to take up tasks beyond MOD ADMINISTRATION: Supervise the Administrative Assistant to maintain the effectiveness of office administration. 3-5 years experience of OD/Training and Development in multinational company HR SYSTEMS: 1. Ensure all the performance appraising and AP data are timely and accurately uploaded in HR2U system and participate in HR2U special projects as required.
