To support our fast-growing business expansion in China, we are inviting those university students who will graduate in 2008 for our China Management Trainee program. Successful students will go through a systematic program of planned job rotation, training and development. The initial development program is expected to last around 1 year. It gives the trainees an all round exposure to the various aspects of on site retail management. Depending on the needs of the business, participants will be given 4-month on site store training, marketing training, event training, logistics training, inventory training, finance training, human resources training, etc. Successful trainees are expected to take up full-time positions in the organization (e.g. Sales Executive, Retail Supervisor, Marketing Specialist, Event Specialist, Product Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Finance Specialist, HR Specialist, etc. Outstanding performers are expected to take up junior or senior managerial positions up to Manager Level within a period of 4-8 years. REQUIREMENTS: - A University Degree from a reputable University; - Drive, ambition and a strong motivation towards career success in retail busienss; - Good communications skills and complete fluency in English is a must; - Good excel skills and other Microsoft office software skills is a must; - Pleasant and outgoing personality; - Commercial flair with a professional and mature outlook; - Interested in a long term career with an American company; The English&Microsoft office skills test will be conducted during the first interview.
